Oppressed by the ruler of his land, he devised a plan with his friend Liang to replace him: infiltrate one of the rituals of the followers of Omniscient, slay them, and devour the power from the ritual. Liu Bang firmly believes that fate is on his side, and thus his desire to rule was never going to be satisfied with just the Riverlands.
