Arcana (also called runes) are stat boosts you equip before a match starts. They're separate from in-game items and don't cost gold during the game — think of them as your character's pre-game preparation, like talents in other MOBAs.
Each character carries 30 arcana divided across 3 colors (10 per color). Equip them in the Arcana menu before queuing — once a match starts, the choice is locked.
Arcana levels go from Level 1 to Level 5 — higher levels give bigger stat boosts. Level 5 is the standard for ranked play. Below we cover every Level 5 arcana available on the international server.
Tanks need to survive long fights and support their team. Stack health, defenses, and cooldown reduction.
Health + defense + attack speed for sustained pressure
Maximum health pool for team-fight survival
Defense + cooldown for repeated engages
Mages need raw magic damage and the cooldown reduction to chain spells.
Magic attack + magic pierce for burst damage
