These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HoKStats.gg (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

1. About the Site

HoKStats.gg is an independent, fan-run information database for the mobile MOBA Honor of Kings. We provide hero stats, item information, tier lists, guides and related content for the international server of Honor of Kings. We are not affiliated with Tencent Games, TiMi Studio Group or Level Infinite, the official developers and publishers of Honor of Kings. “Honor of Kings” and all related names, logos and images are trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners and are used here for identification and editorial purposes only.

2. No warranty, no guarantees

Content on the Site is provided “as is” for informational and entertainment purposes. Game data, tier lists and meta recommendations may become outdated as the game is updated. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness or currency of any information on the Site, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, attack or overload the Site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl or republish large portions of the Site in a manner that violates copyright or competes with it, except in accordance with our robots.txt and llms.txt policies.
• Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
• Misrepresent the Site as an official Honor of Kings property.

4. Intellectual property

Original text, editorial analysis, tier list rationales, page layouts, code and site design on HoKStats.gg are © HoKStats.gg and may not be copied in bulk without permission. Hero names, images, lore snippets and item data are the intellectual property of Tencent / Level Infinite and are used here for editorial and fan-community purposes under applicable fair-use / fair-dealing principles. If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Site infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly review.

5. Third-party links and embeds

The Site links to and embeds third-party content (YouTube videos, official Honor of Kings pages, community resources). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites. Your interactions with those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Advertising

The Site may display advertising served by third-party networks such as Google AdSense. Ads are clearly distinguishable from editorial content. See our Privacy Policy for information on advertising cookies and how to opt out.

7. Limitation of liability
